2. Cancellations and Amendments
You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Pickup and Waiting Time
The driver will wait for you at the airport for up to 60 minutes free of charge from the actual arrival time. To extend the waiting time, please contact our manager immediately.
If your arrival is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust the vehicle dispatch time.

4. Luggage and Passengers
Please specify the exact number of passengers and the volume of luggage in advance. This helps us prepare the most suitable vehicle for your trip.
If your group size or luggage exceeds standard limits, please notify us ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience.

5. In-Car ConductThe car cabin is designed to be a comfortable, clean, and safe space for everyone. We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or eating inside the vehicle.
